Blow controls the fire on your charcoal cooker. MeatStick V wireless thermometers read the meat on any grill, smoker or oven. One app runs both, and the Sticks you buy now also work with Blow later.
Blow feeds your charcoal fire the air it needs, the V Forge WiFi Hub decides how much, and your Stick reads the meat.
Blow plus the V Forge Set it runs on. The 2 and 4 Stick packs add V Core Sets and a carry case.
Preorder: charged at checkout, ships October 30.
You already have the V Forge WiFi Hub. Add the fan, connect it to the hub with the included cable, and plug your Wired Ambient Probe into Blow.

For any grill, smoker or oven, from a single Stick to a set that also reads the cooker's temperature at the grate. Every V Series Stick works with every base and hub, including the one Blow runs on.
Good for: cooks where your phone stays close. Add more Sticks and bases later.
Good for: grill or oven, walk-away cooks. The simplest complete setup.
Good for: two cuts at once, or reading temps without your phone.
Good for: smokers and long cooks, on any fuel. Also reads the cooker's temperature at the grate, where the food is.
Not sure which set fits? Four questions about how you cook, one answer.
The V Charge Stack only charges. The bases and the hub also carry the Stick's signal to your phone. Blow Forge is in the Blow section above.
