MeatStick Blow Forge is automatic fire control for charcoal cookers. Set a target temperature in the MeatStick app and the system holds it for you, so you can stop getting up every ninety minutes to nudge a vent.

Three parts, one loop. The wired ambient probe reads the pit at grate level, where the food is. The WiFi hub compares that reading to your target and decides how much air the fire needs. Blow, a variable-speed blower on your cooker's bottom vent, delivers exactly that much air.

Pit temperature and food temperature sit on one screen in the same app as your Sticks, wherever you are. The control loop runs on the hub in your backyard, so if the internet drops, the cook keeps running.

Blow plugs into a 5 V / 2 A USB charger or power bank with the included USB-C to USB-A cable. For overnight cooks, a wall charger is the safest choice.
