Affiliate Program

The following applies once you're accepted into the program and receive your referral link:

   How to Get Your Link

   1. Join the MeatStick Champ Program.
   2. Log in at ambassadors.themeatstick.com. Your unique referral link will appear on the main page.

   Terms & Conditions

   1. Commissions are paid on completed orders made through properly structured referral links. Tracking is your responsibility.
   2. Commissions apply to MeatStick products only. Gift cards and services like DispatchGuard and Extend are excluded.
   3. Each order takes 45 days to confirm before a commission is applied. Commissions on cancelled, returned, or charged-back orders will be voided.
   4. Commission approval is not automatic. Each commission is reviewed to confirm it came from genuine promotional activity, such as a post, review, video, or real personal referral. Commissions with no verifiable source of promotion may be withheld.
   5. You may request a payout once your balance reaches USD 25. To initiate a payout request, email community@themeatstick.com.
   6. A W9 form is required upon earning USD 600 or more in a calendar year.
   7. Payouts are sent via Venmo. Please provide your name and the Venmo-linked email or phone number associated with your account.
   8. One payment request is allowed every 30 days. Processing may take up to 30 days after the request is submitted.
   9. The MeatStick may terminate accounts at any time. Balances under USD 25 will be forfeited upon termination.
   10. We may update these terms at any time, including commission rates, payment terms, and program rules.

   Prohibited Activities

   The following will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending commissions:

   1. Applying to the program as, or on behalf of, a coupon, cashback, or browser extension-based platform.
   2. Listing your affiliate link or code on deal sites, coupon platforms, or cashback services, including Honey, SimplyCodes, RetailMeNot, and similar platforms.
   3. Sharing your code in deal communities, Reddit threads, Facebook deal groups, Discord servers, or any channel where the primary intent is code distribution instead of genuine promotion.
   4. Scraping or redistributing codes from social media, email, or creator content.
   5. Injecting affiliate links through toolbars, pop-ups, or auto-apply plugins.
   6. Running paid search or social media ads using The MeatStick brand name, product names, or any variation, including "MeatStick discount," "MeatStick promo code," or common misspellings, on any platform including Google, Meta, and TikTok.

   Deal & Cashback Notice

   If you operate a deal or cashback site and are interested in a separate partnership arrangement, contact us at community@themeatstick.com.

   We understand codes are occasionally shared on deal platforms without your knowledge. If orders are placed through those sources, commissions on those transactions will be voided. If we detect your code on a prohibited platform, regardless of who posted it, the code will be disabled and pending commissions forfeited.

   Content Disclosure

   If you create public content featuring The MeatStick as part of this program, you are responsible for complying with applicable FTC disclosure requirements. The MeatStick is not liable for non-disclosure by affiliates.

   Who We Work With

   Affiliate codes are reserved for genuine promotion, not mass distribution. We work with:

   1. Creators producing authentic content on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
   2. Reviewers and bloggers focused on BBQ, food, or consumer tech.
   3. Community members who genuinely recommend products they use and believe in.
