Limited Warranty
Soma Labs LLC warrants all “The MeatStick” branded products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase by the original purchaser within the USA.
Purchase must have been made from an authorized retailer. Your date of sale or delivery receipt is your proof of purchase date. Soma Labs LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective parts with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. Replacement products and parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 60 days or, the remainder of the applicable warranty period of the original The MeatStick Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or loss which may be the result from wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, commercial use, or use with 3rd Party Products hardware/software, abuse, improper installation of the product, static discharge, neglect, lightning, accidents, or other external causes, and does not apply if the product has been tampered with, modified, altered or repaired in any way without expressed authorization by Soma Labs LLC.
Warranty is voided when product is used outside the specifications of the product. For example, but not limited to exposing the product to temperatures higher than its maximum threshold, submerging and leaving in water when not in use, charging product with incorrect charger, etc.
Returns for Service
Product may only be returned to Soma Labs LLC for warranty service with a valid Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Soma Labs LLC. An RMA# may be obtained by contacting technical support at support@themeatstick.com. Proof of purchase, with a date less than one year from the date the RMA# is issued, will be required as a condition of receiving warranty service. At the time you receive the RMA# you will be given instructions on how to ship the product. The cost of all shipping charges, both to and from Soma Labs LLC. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
In all events and circumstances, Soma Labs LLC liability shall be expressly limited to the original purchase price of the product. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this statement are your sole and exclusive remedies.
These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements or representations, including those made in The MeatStick sales literature or advice given to you by or on behalf of Soma Labs LLC in connection with your purchase.
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOMA LABS LLC, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO PERFORM INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOMA LABS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM MADE BY A THIRD PARTY OR MADE BY YOU FOR A THIRD PARTY.
