Game Changers!

These Meatstick wireless thermometers have been game changers for me! With the ever rising prices of meat and groceries, I can't afford to ruin good food. Steaks have always been our favorite grilled food and using the "touch" test has given hit and miss results. We like our steak medium rare. Using the Meatstick Chef x probe, which has four sensors vs. a single one like the other brands, guarantees we now get perfect medium rare steaks every time. We also love to smoke ribs and pork butts in our Pit Boss smoker but sometimes they would come out not as moist as I would have liked. The first time I used the Meatstick 4x probe cooking an 11 pound pork butt, I discovered that the meat probe that connects to the Pit Boss control panel was reading 28 degrees low, which was causing the meat to become over cooked and dry. Like the Meatstick Chef x probe, the 4x probe has four temperature sensors along it's length, one of which is at the tip of the finger grip. This sensor measures the ambient temperature. In addition to the smoker's probe issue, I found that the smoker was running 18-21 degrees hotter than I had set it. This again contributed to the poor cook I was getting on my pork butts. Making adjustments to the smoking temperature and final meat cooking temperature based on the information, every rack of ribs and pork butt I've cooked since getting Meatstick 4x and Chef x wireless thermometers have been cooked to the perfect temperature and have been unbelievably juicy. If you grill or barbecue, you owe it to yourself, your family and especially your meat to get this Meatstick 4x and Chef x Set. Don't wait until you've ruined another dinner.
