Shipping & Delivery

Reminder: The MeatStick Great Steak Guarantee ONLY applies to the Xtender type Sets and WiFi type Sets. All shipping times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Shipping dates that appear during checkout are estimates for shipping times that are processed that day but may take longer. If you need an order by a certain day, please contact support for assurance. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by shipping carriers. 

In general, orders are processed until 12 pm EST each business day. Orders appearing after that may or may not be processed that day. However, it may take up to 5 business days to process if there is an influx of orders. Please contact us before ordering if you do need it processed by a certain time. 

Items missing or damaged in shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of shipment.
Shiptection Shipping Protection
You may add Shiptection Shipping Protection to your order to protect your package from being lost or misdelivered or in a timely manner. If your order with Shiptection Shipping Protection is having issues. Please contact to file a claim.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.    If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where Soma Labs will need to contact the courier. Please let us know if you need assistance).  All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, If you are exchanging an item, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping for the return and the exchange.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you (according to tracking). If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and resolve the issue.
Fulfilled by Partners Orders

All products that are “Fulfilled by Partners (FbP)” are handled by the associated vendors respectively. The MeatStick does not handle these shipments.  If you have both The MeatStick and FbP products on your order, you will be receiving separate emails with separate tracking information. FbP products only do standard shipping and ship to US addresses only. If you pick an expedited shipping option, this will only apply to The MeatStick products. For any shipping inquiries regarding FbP products, please contact us or the vendor.

Order Modification / Cancellation

At this time, orders can not be cancelled or modified after they have been placed.

However, please contact with the subject header marked "URGENT ORDER" and we can attempt to resolve the situation.

Free Shipping
Free shipping are for paid orders over $99.99 to addresses in the continental USA only.
International orders

International orders may incur additional fees depending on the buyer's customs office. These fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Should the buyer reject the package, the buyer will not be refunded.

By using the service USPS First Class Mail International the buyer will be agreeing to the following terms*:
1. Soma Labs does not provide insurance on First Class Mail, neither does USPS.
2. There is absolutely nothing Soma Labs Customer Service can do to speed the delivery/customs process on these orders.
3. Once the item leaves the United States, we cannot provide tracking for the item or inquire about its status.

Refunds and Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping charges. All boxes, packaging materials, accessories, manuals and certificates must be in new, re-sellable condition or a fee equal to the cost of the damaged and/or missing item(s) (such as manuals, documentation, and certificates) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Be sure to ship in a carton that protects the original item box or package. We suggest the buyer insure the package for the full value.

Used or damaged equipment may not be returned for a refund.

All returns and exchanges require a RMA # before being shipped back. If a package is received without an RMA #, there is no guarantee that it may be processed correctly. Only The MeatStick support can provide an RMA #.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). After receiving the returned item, Soma Labs will credit the customer's account for the price they paid minus shipping cost. Soma Labs will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Soma Labs.

Returns must be received within 2 weeks of confirmation of the RMA #, otherwise the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To enable us to deal with your potential issue and possible refund, we require your receipt and proof of purchase. Please do NOT send your product back to anywhere else but the address provided by our support team. This will invalidate any guarantee and make getting a refund or replacement unattainable, as our partners do NOT process or deal with this type of request.

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be approved. When your refund is approved, it will be processed and the original credit card will automatically be refunded within 5-10 business days. 

Fulfilled by Partners Orders

All products that are “Fulfilled by Partners (FbP)” are handled by the associated vendors respectively. Please do note that different vendors have their own return policy. If you wish to file a return for these products, please contact the associated vendor directly. The vendor's contact link is available on the associated product pages. 

The MeatStick Great Steak Guarantee ONLY applies to the Xtender Type Sets and WiFi type Sets. 
If you are not satisfied with either of these sets that you have purchased, you may return the item used and in like new condition within 30 days from the date you received your set for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. Of course we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve.

As our original MeatStick/Mini Sets have limited range, we cannot offer the Great Steak guarantee for it and do advise it be used with our Xtender/X chargers or WiFi Bridge. This offer applies only for those purchases from
