What DispatchGuard Shipping Protection covers

When you add DispatchGuard Shipping Protection to your order, MeatStick will replace your order at no additional cost if any of the following occur during transit or within 30 days of delivery:

  • Lost in transit — your package never arrives, and the carrier confirms it as lost or undeliverable.
  • Stolen after delivery — your package was marked delivered but stolen from a porch, mailbox, or other delivery location.
  • Damaged in shipment — your product arrives broken, crushed, or otherwise unusable due to shipping damage.

What’s not covered

  • Damage caused after delivery or by misuse
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Return shipping or buyer-remorse returns (covered separately by our standard return policy)
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery (or estimated delivery if package never arrived)
  • Products marked as final sale, gifts, or promotional give-aways

How to file a claim

Email support@themeatstick.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of what happened (lost / stolen / damaged)
  3. If damaged: a clear photo of the damage and the shipping packaging
  4. If stolen: confirmation that you’ve checked with neighbors, delivery location, and household members

We’ll review your claim and respond within 2 business days. Approved claims are resolved by reshipping the affected items at our cost — we do not issue cash refunds for shipping protection claims.

About this service

DispatchGuard Shipping Protection is a merchant-funded replacement service provided by MeatStick. It is not insurance and is not underwritten by a third-party insurer. Claim approval is at the sole discretion of MeatStick. By adding DispatchGuard Shipping Protection to your order, you acknowledge these terms.

If you do not add DispatchGuard Shipping Protection at checkout, MeatStick is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Standard carrier claim processes (USPS, UPS, FedEx) remain available to you in that case.
