Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

The MeatStick Brand Ambassador Program is currently open to U.S. residents only. If you're outside the U.S., email community@themeatstick.com — we may already have partnerships in your region.

Applying does not guarantee free products. We prioritize creators who genuinely use and love The MeatStick. Product perks are offered to ambassadors who meet our standards — not just for signing up.

This agreement is subject to approval by Soma Labs LLC (“The MeatStick”) and may be ended by either party at any time. Brand Ambassadors are not employees of The MeatStick.

Brand Ambassador Agreement & Acknowledgements

By joining and being accepted into The MeatStick Brand Ambassador Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Relationship

  • I am at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
  • The MeatStick® is a registered trademark of Soma Labs LLC.
  • I am participating in this program as an independent Brand Ambassador and am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of The MeatStick.
  • I understand that I cannot speak on behalf of the company or assume any legal or financial obligations in its name.

Program Participation

  • I will actively promote The MeatStick products through social media or other relevant channels.
  • I may receive product(s) to test and create content, such as photos, videos, or written posts.
  • I may receive a discount to use when placing my own orders with The MeatStick.
  • I understand that all promotional content is subject to review and approval by The MeatStick.
  • I will not receive financial compensation for promotional activities unless explicitly agreed upon.

Posting Expectations

  • I will tag @themeatstick and include #TheMeatStick in all related posts.
  • I understand that to remain in the program, I must contribute at least two (2) posts or pieces of original content per month.

Conduct & Brand Protection

  • I am not authorized to resell MeatStick products. Unauthorized sales are prohibited.
  • I will not alter or reproduce The MeatStick’s branding or marketing materials without written approval.
  • I am granted a temporary license to use brand assets solely for the purpose of program participation.
  • I will uphold the reputation of The MeatStick by acting with integrity and professionalism in all promotional efforts.
  • I understand that failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unused gift cards or codes.

Referral & Code Use

  • Referral links or codes provided are for sharing with others and must not be used for personal purchases.
  • Posting codes on coupon or cashback platforms (e.g., Honey, SimplyCodes, RetailMeNot) is not permitted.
  • I understand that misuse of referral codes may result in removal from the program.

Content Usage

  • I grant The MeatStick a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content I create or submit through this program, including my name and social handle, across digital, print, and advertising formats.
  • This license remains in effect even after I leave the program.
  • I waive any right to royalties or future compensation for the use of such content.

Termination

  • I understand that either party may end this agreement at any time.
  • If I choose to leave the program, any content submitted may remain in use by The MeatStick.
  • The MeatStick reserves the right to remove me from the program for inactivity, code misuse, or violations of this agreement.
  • Any rewards or commissions under $25 may be forfeited upon removal.

Final Acknowledgement

I have read and agree to these terms and conditions, and I agree to abide by The MeatStick’s Privacy Policy.
