Not recording temp properly

This is an amazing meat thermometer and an excellent app. I have had one stick replaced after it stopped holding its charge so hoping this one will last.

It’s great not having to worry about ruining the meat stick by having a flare-up and the temperature getting too high. With the MeatStick V I don’t have to worry about that.

Very impressive!

This makes it easy to track your long sessions, like smoking a pork shoulder. You can tell when you've actually hit "the stall" in a way that a single-temp probe can never achieve.
