I've been waiting to get the Meat Stick and they finally had an offer I couldn't resist. I ruined my girlfriend's thermometer and needed to replace it. The Pro set was offered at a ridiculously low price and barbecue season is here so I will be cooking and wandering the yard much more. I now have the Meat Stick, the Mini Meat Stick and the Bridge so I can go WiFi. Had to try it right away so it was steak for dinner. We both like medium so it was set. I pride myself in my cooking but medium is tough to hit. With the Mini Meat Stick inserted, I was surprised at how quickly the internal temperature rose. I was turning for char lines much quicker than normal and paying much less attention to the dogs than they liked. The steak was done in record time and PERFECTO! Delicious, juicy, tender! It didn't turn tough and wasn't too raw. I can't wait to get to smoking briskets!!!

Mainly use for roasting meat and fish in the oven. The smaller probe is more useful to me for typical cuts. Haven't yet used in the Grill. Have concerns about not over temping the MeatStick in the grill so will proceed carefully with method for the grill. All in all I find the MeatStick and the app easy to use.
Great product, works as advertised. Excellent customer service and support. I highly recommend The MeatStick.
