Customer survice just ingnor you, no follow up.

It was fantastic the first 3-4 times I've used it but now it's nothing but an impediment to my cooking. Put brand new batteries in it, still says low battery and loses connection 15 minutes into a cook. I've had to reach into the oven 3 different times and pull the useless probe out THIS MORNING and even after troubleshooting yesterday it took me a grand total of 3 tries and 15 minutes of elapsed time to realize the only temp this thing needs to be taking is the bottom of the garbage bag.

I have 2 of these Meatstick products. Neither one work. After multiple calls to the MeatStick support, the message below is what you will get. I receive this email each time for over a month hoping I would go away. I would not recommend this product.

Worked great for a short time. Then it didn’t work. Customer service ran me around because it was a gift and I had no receipt. I would have bought several more because it WAS awesome. Now I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Horrible. This thing has worked once in the four years I have had it. Customer service is awful. I finally threw this piece of junk in the trash the other day. After filing a complaint with the BBB, I realized this company also sells vitamins and ED supplements. No wonder, this thing never worked. Right out of the gate, I noticed how cheaply made it was. They use the thinnest of plastic. I would bet their cost to make this thing is about 87 cents, it is that poorly made. Do not ever think of purchasing anything from this company.
