HORRIBLE customer service. Have to communicate through email. Response is normally about 12 hours. I had a MeatStick 4X which started alarming high temperatures even though it was not exposed to high temps. I know this because I don’t smoke at high temps which is when I use it and it never gave me an alarm for high temp.
I received a 2nd MeatStick as a gift and the 2nd or 3rd time using it it stopped working. MeatStick agreed there was a problem with it but said if I don’t have an order number they can’t replace it. if you buy this product as a gift, it has no warranty at all and they are obviously a company that cares more about their dollars then the customer. They will offer you a discount on a replacement but definitely work hard to get out of replacing it for free. it’s sad that these meat sticks are so expensive and meat stick does not stand behind them. buy the cheaper ones on Amazon. They will work better and be much less expensive!

I am by no means a professional cook. However, I have a regular habit of making dinners for myself and friends. I have an affinity for well put together meat recipes. My days of missing the temperature. Mark or now over because this thing is wildly effective as well as intuitive. Cost to benefit ratio is definitely in the customer's favor if you care at all about serving meat at the appropriate temperature.

Very easy to use and the Porterhouse came out perfectly rare!!

I have now used the Meat Stick a few times. It is user friendly and works like it's advertised. I am a "Rare meat" eater, so for me, it is very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family (and I have already.)
