Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a refund (shipping not refunded). Start with an RMA from support@themeatstick.com. 1-year warranty from purchase covers defects in materials and workmanship.

When it is time to wrap my cook, after returning to my smoker, I lose signal after a few minutes. Have been using aluminum foil but can use paper. Does the foil block signal?
Hi Craig,
Yes, aluminum foil can block the signal if it’s wrapped over the Stick. Be sure to keep the probe’s handle outside the foil when wrapping. That’ll help maintain the connection.
