Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Reminder:  All shipping times are estimates and do not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Shipping dates that appear during checkout are estimates for shipping times that are processed that day but may take longer. If you need an order by a certain day, please contact support for assurance. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by shipping carriers. 

In general, orders are processed until 12 pm EST each business day. Orders appearing after that may or may not be processed that day. However, it may take up to 5 business days to process if there is an influx of orders. Please contact us before ordering if you do need it processed by a certain day. 

Items missing or damaged in shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of shipment.

Navidium Shipping Protection
You may add Navidium Shipping Protection to your order to protect your package from being lost or misdelivered or in a timely manner. If your order with Navidium Shipping Protection is having issues. Please contact support@themeatstick.com to file a claim.
 
All shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, If you are exchanging an item, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping for the return and the exchange.
In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you (according to tracking). If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and resolve the issue.
 

Order Modification / Cancellation

At this time, orders can not be cancelled or modified after they are in the process of shipping.

However, please text "(818) 457-1001‬" with your Order # and the issue at concern so we can attempt to resolve the situation before your order ships. If it has already shipped, you may reach out after you receive it to proceed with an RMA return.

Free Shipping
Free shipping are for paid orders over $99.99 to addresses in the continental USA only.
 
International orders

International orders may incur additional fees depending on the buyer's customs office. These fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Should the buyer reject the package, the buyer will not be refunded.

We do recommended shipping with UPS international

By using the service USPS First Class Mail International the buyer will be agreeing to the following terms:
 
1. Soma Labs does not provide insurance on First Class Mail, neither does USPS.
2. There is absolutely nothing Soma Labs Customer Service can do to speed the delivery/customs process on these orders.
3. Once the item leaves the United States, we cannot provide tracking for the item or inquire about its status.

Refunds and Returns

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping charges. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and certificates must be in new, resellable condition. If any item is missing or damaged (e.g., manuals, documentation, certificates), a fee equal to the replacement cost will be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure the product is shipped in a carton that protects the original packaging. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.

Used Products
Used products may be returned in some cases. If approved for return, they are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Contact our support team to determine eligibility before proceeding with any return of used items.

Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged products are not eligible for a refund. If your product is defective, please reach out to our support team to initiate a warranty claim. Defective products may be eligible for a replacement under our warranty policy.

RMA Requirement
All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before being shipped back. Returns received without an RMA number may not be processed. Only The MeatStick support team can issue an RMA number.

Shipping and Insurance Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Insurance added during shipping (e.g., for protecting the shipment in transit) is non-refundable. However, extended product insurance purchased separately can be refunded if the unused product is returned within 30 days.

Once the return is received and inspected, Soma Labs will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping or non-refundable insurance costs. We will not issue refunds for orders that were not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address unless the package is classified as undeliverable and returned to Soma Labs.

Return Timelines
Returns must be received within two weeks of RMA confirmation. Returns received after this period will incur a 20% restocking fee, in addition to any other applicable fees.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the same RMA process applies. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and additional shipping costs may apply for the exchange item. Contact our support team for specific instructions.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspections are generally completed within 3-10 business days of receiving the return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt and proof of purchase are required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please do not send your product back to any location other than the address provided by our support team, as doing so will void any guarantees and make a refund or replacement unattainable.

Returned to Sender Packages

If you input an incorrect address during your order and the package is sent out and returned to us, you will have 2 options. 

1. We will reship your order free of charge to the confirmed address.

2. We will refund your order in full minus shipping charges and minus a $10 restocking fee.

If more than one attempt is made, we will refund your order in full minus shipping charges and minus a$20 restocking fee.
