      Brand Ambassador Terms & Conditions

      General:

      1. The MeatStick Brand Ambassador Program currently only applies to the USA. If you are located in other countries, please get in touch at info@themeatstick.com as we may already be working with someone in your country.
      2. Becoming a Brand Ambassador (MeatStick Champ) does not entitle you to free products. We're looking for those who will use and love our products. We have given hundreds of dollars worth of products to the BAs that fulfill the qualities of a good BA. If you're expecting a free MeatStick for just applying, do NOT click Apply.
      3. This agreement is subject to acceptance by Soma Labs LLC (“The MeatStick”) and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
      4. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
      5. Soma Labs LLC may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
      6. The Brand Ambassador will not be treated as a The MeatStick employee for any reason.

      By joining and being accepted into the Brand Ambassador Program for The MeatStick, 

      I understand and agree with the following:

      1. The MeatStick® is a registered trademark of Soma Labs LLC.
      2. I am 18 years of age or older.
      3. I am located in the USA.
      4. I am a Brand Ambassador per terms in this agreement.
      5. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
      6. I will promote and market The MeatStick products.
      7. I will receive, test, and experience The MeatStick products and write / post about them on social platforms (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).
      8. I will receive a discount provided by The MeatStick to be used when I place the order from The MeatStick.
      9. I will promote The MeatStick products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I understand The MeatStick reserves the right to veto the material subject to the Brand Ambassador Program. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media channels.
      10. I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag The MeatStick brand, using#TheMeatStick in each post related to The MeatStick. 
      11. I understand that in order to keep the Brand Ambassador status I must contribute at least twice a month with posts and/or material related to The MeatStick Brand. 
      12. I understand that under this Brand Ambassador Program I do not hold the title of distributor or dealer hence unauthorized sales are forbidden.
      13. I will protect The MeatStick’s trademarks by not reproducing unauthorized material for use in advertising or other purposes without the written approval from The MeatStick.
      14. I am granted a temporary license to use the brand’s promotional materials and name as necessary.
      15. I grant an ongoing license to use my name or appropriate handle in all material including, but not limited to the company or the brand’s website and on social media sites. Additionally, applying to all formats of media such as digital and print advertising.
      16. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of The MeatStick. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused gift cards and all promotional codes effective immediately.
      17. I understand that I will grant to The MeatStick a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license and right to content created by me for this program, including my name and screenname(s) for all marketing/commercial purposes while I am part of this program and the licenses created will continue to exist even if I leave the program.
      18. If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador Program, any material subject to this program shall and will remain in The MeatStick database for possible future marketing use and I will not seek future compensations on royalties or other compensations as I have granted all materials created for this program a royalty free license.
      19. I agree that The MeatStick reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
      20. I agree to The MeatStick privacy policy and I have read and agreed to those terms.
