Does it come with a base?
No. It charges on the V Series base or hub you already own. In the box: the V Prime Stick and a manual.
Why won't it turn on out of the box?
It needs one charge first. Set it on a powered V Series base or hub (a V Charge Stack needs its USB-C cable plugged in). Check it isn't upside down and the contacts are clean.
Does it work with Blow?
Yes. Blow is a fan that tends a charcoal fire, and it runs on the V Forge WiFi Hub. This Stick works with that hub, so it reads the meat in a Blow Forge setup. Blow is for charcoal cookers only. See Blow Forge โ
Can I wash it?
Yes, the Stick is dishwasher safe.
What are the returns and warranty terms?
Unused products can be returned within 30 days for a refund (shipping not refunded). Start with an RMA from support@themeatstick.com. 1-year warranty from purchase covers defects in materials and workmanship.

This is an amazing meat thermometer and an excellent app. I have had one stick replaced after it stopped holding its charge so hoping this one will last.

Itโs great not having to worry about ruining the meat stick by having a flare-up and the temperature getting too high. With the MeatStick V I donโt have to worry about that.

Very impressive!
