MeatStick Champ Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

The MeatStick Champ Rewards Program is a rewards-based community initiative by Soma Labs LLC (“The MeatStick”), designed for fans and customers who want to earn points by engaging with the brand. This program is currently open to U.S. residents only.

Participation in the program does not establish any employment or contractual relationship. The MeatStick may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

Eligibility

• Participants must be a physical person (i.e., a real human individual). Business entities, automated systems, or bots are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Limited to residents of the United States. For international inquiries, please contact community@themeatstick.com.
• Soma Labs LLC reserves the right to approve or remove participants at its sole discretion.

Mission Points & Rewards

• Points are earned by completing approved missions such as content submissions, reviews, or social media engagement tasks.
• All missions must be submitted through the official platform and are subject to review and approval.
• Points may be redeemed for rewards listed in the program catalog, including products, swag, or gift cards.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative compensation.
• The MeatStick reserves the right to withhold or revoke points at any time due to suspicious activity, violation of program rules, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Referral & Affiliate Participation

As part of the program, Champs receive access to a referral link and may earn commissions on qualified purchases.

Content & Usage Rights

By submitting content (photos, testimonials, videos, etc.) through the program, participants grant The MeatStick a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials in marketing, including social media, email, website, ads, and print.

Removal & Termination

The MeatStick reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at any time for:

• Inactivity or unapproved submissions
• Code misuse or referral abuse
• Violations of program rules or conduct that harms the brand

Unused points and unpaid commissions under USD 25 may be forfeited upon removal.

Privacy & Final Acknowledgement

I agree to The MeatStick Privacy Policy and acknowledge that I have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
