Working great

Not requiring a bridge to maintain a connection is a game changer for me. I had actually purchased one of this model shortly after its release but continued to use my older probes with the bridge.

Not recording temp properly

Works perfectly. Every time I have used it the meat has turned out great. Every ince in a while there is a little hitch when connecting. But a minor inconvenience.

This was my first use and after some hands on learning it worked perfectly and our meal was a great success.
